Agustin Alanis, 67, of Trent, Texas passed away on Thursday, September

2, 2010 at Hendrick Medical Center

His body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. ,

Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Trent First Baptist Church with Rev.

Ronnie Freeman officiating.

He was born on August 28, 1943 in Mapimi , Durango , Mexico . He married

Josefina Perez. They recently celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary.

He was a farmer before retiring.

Survivors include his wife – Josefina P. Alanis of Trent , Texas ; one son –

Cirilo Alanis and wife Linda of Trent, Texas ; one daughter – Irma Alaniz

De Mendoza of Monterey , Nuevo Leon , Mexico ; nine grandchildren; eight great

Grandchildren; five brothers and two sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents – Marcelino and Carmen Marin Alanis,

and one brother.
