Amanda (Ham) Davis

Amanda Davis, age 34, of Roby, Texas passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Fisher County Hospital.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 6:30 - 8:00 P.M..

Funeral services will be held l0:00 A.M., Saturday, August 17, 2024 at First  Methodist Church in Sweetwater, Texas with Rev. Paul Wright officiating.  Burial will follow at  Palava Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer  & Trent Funeral Home.

Amanda was born on May 2, l990 in Abilene, Texas.  She married Tylan Davis on May 25, 2019 at Camp Butman in Merkel, Texas.  She was a longtime resident of Sweetwater, and then the last three years she lived in Fisher County.  She was a substitute teacher for Roby ISD and also she was a member of Roby First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Tylan Davis of Roby, Texas, two children, Christian Gomez and Averie Gomez, father, Gilbert Ham of Stamford, Texas, sister, Tanna Burfiend and husband Michael of Stamford, Texas, father-in- law and mother-in-law, Daniel Davis and wife Wendy of Sweetwater, Texas, brothers-in-law, J.D. Davis and wife Kenzie and Devyn Davis, and uncle, Dale Patterson.

Pallbearers will be Gabriel Cervany, Kallen Moody, Kullen Daniels, J.D. Davis, Devyn Davis, Ethan Burfiend, and Matthew Burfiend.
