Angela (Arenivas) Guerrero

Angela Guerrero, age 66, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at her residence.
A rosary will be held 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel recited by Lupe Medellin. .
Holy Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursda;y, May 26, 2016 at Holy Spirit Catholic Parish with Rev. Michael Udegbunam officiating. Burial will follow at Sweetwater Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Angela was born on October 2, 1949 in Sweetwater, Texas to Martin and Luisa (Luna) Arenivas. She married Margarito Guerrero on February 19, 1972 in Sweetwater, Texas. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Parish and a member of the Guadalupanas Society. She was a lifetime resident of Sweetwater.
She is survived by her husband, Margarito Guerrero of Sweetwater, Texas, daughter, Cynthia Hoover and husband Jacob Valenzuela, son, Robert Guerrero, all of Sweetwater, Texas, four grandchildren, Jordan Hoover, Lily Valenzuela, Sophia Boyer and Nathan Rocha, four sisters, Lydia Alvarado and husband Victor, Rosa Gomez, all of Sweetwater, Texas, Ramona Torres and Mary Pena, both of Grand Prairie, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, John Arenivas, Manuel Arenivas and Paul Arenivas and one nephew.
Pallbearers will be Domingo Castillo, Jr. , Jacob Valenzuela, Manuel Arenivas, Jr., Lee Alvarado, Jessie Guerrero, and Jordan Hoover.
