Bertie "Dee" (Turnbow) Kitchell

Bertie "Dee" Kitchell, age 69, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Sweetwater Healthcare Center.
Per her wishes, she wanted to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Bertie was born on May 12, 1945 in Portales, New Mexico. Bertie was known as "Dee". She grew up in Portales, New Mexico. Her two children, Lewis and Cindy were born in Portales also. Dee met and married Lee Kitchell in 1972. They lived a full and happy life, living in such places as Joplin, Missouri, Neosho, Missouri, and different parts of North Western, New Mexico. They enjoyed antiquing and auctions.
She is survived by her husband, Lee Kitchell of Sweetwater, Texas, her mother, Bertie Lou Wallace of Portales, New Mexico, her daughter, Cindy Larsen and husband Roger of Sweetwater, granddaughter, Jessica Aguirre and husband Albert, her son, Lewis Dean Cagle and grandson Rayce Cagle. Dee had two brothers, both of Arizona, John Wallace and his wife Pat, and Gerald Wallace and his wife Daisy.
Dee will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
