Betty Lois (Durham) Brazelton

Betty Lois Brazelton, age 73, of Trent, Texas, passed away on June 28, 2014 at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Trent United Methodist Church with Pastor Glenda Pearl West officiating. Burial will follow at Newman Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July l, 2014 from 6:00 - 7:30 P.M..
Betty was born on October 8, 1940 in Alvord, Texas to Claude and Pauline (Hollaway) Durham. She worked for Trent ISD as a school bus driver for seventeen years, before retiring. She also worked in her younger years as a car hop for Kow Kow Corner in Bowie, Texas.. She married Willie Joe Brazelton, Sr. on April 16, 1959 in Sweetwater, Texas. She was a member of Trent United Methodist Church.
Betty is survived by three sons, Bobby Brazelton and wife Sue, Billy Brazelton and wife Leslie, and Willie Brazelton and wife Kelly, all of Trent, Texas, and one daughter, Teresa Bryan and husband Rocky of Trent, Texas, nine grandchildren, Teri Killam and husband J.J., Stacy Floyd and husband Billy, Patrick Bryan and wife Bethany, Tanner Bryan, Bradley Brazelton and wife Ashleigh, Brittney Brazelton, Stormy Gutierrez and wife Peyton, Trent Brazelton and Stephen Brazelton, seven great grandchildren, Sierra and Teela Killam, Barrett & Savanna Floyd, Brayden & Logan Valadez, and Tilden Bryan, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude & Pauline Durham, husband, Willie Joe Brazelton, Sr., two brothers and two sisters.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Bryan, Tanner Bryan, Bradley Brazelton, Stormy Gutierrez, Stephen Brazelton and Trent Brazelton.
