Bobby was born on November 13, 1955 in Loraine, Texas to Bobby Milton and Vonnie Vee (Sutterfield) Bentle. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran, proud Dad, and 'Pop'. He married Mildred Doshier on January 1, 1989 in Sweetwater, Texas. He worked as a Customer Support Engineer for PANalytical 17+ years.
Everyone always said, "he's a good guy", and it's because he was. When a boyfriend takes his gal out on HIS birthday, and buys her a coat because he knew she needed one, it says a lot about his character. He had an infectious smile and personable personality. Bike riding, all kinds of fishing, and telling you about the periodic table of elements were just a few things that got him excited. Bobby enjoyed bird watching, loved the holidays, and could make a mean gumbo. He was honorable, admirable, and a dedicated, devoted man to all around him, especially his wife, 'Milly'.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Bentle of Spring, Texas; daughter, Lori Falcon and husband Noe of Maryneal, Texas; son, Jeremy Diaz and wife Sandy of Corinth, Texas , grandchildren, Tyler, Toby & Truett Falcon and Sara Diaz; brother-in-law Robert Doshier, brother, Joe Bentle and wife Jana of Sweetwater, Texas; four sisters, Paula Huckabee and husband Bill, Kathy Rosson and husband Tommy, Robin Bentle, all of Sweetwater, Texas; and Tammy Dickson and husband Heath of Roby, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews, his PANalytical family & customers from all over the U.S.A., and all of his childhood friends, including his life long friends, aka, "Brothers from another mother", Chuck Graff and Steve Clark. Finally, it wouldn't be complete without mentioning his beloved Dachshunds, Lucy Lou and Katie May.
Bobby has been a donor since the beginning, and until the end. Please consider making a donation, in his honor, to any burn victims, heart research or cancer organization.
