Clinton Allen Lucas

Clinton Allen Lucas, age 51, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at his residence.

 His body was cremated.  Arrangements were under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.  

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Holiday Inn Express Banquet Room, Sweetwater, Texas.   

Clinton Allen Lucas was born on October 18, 1973, in Plentywood, Montana to Delano Lucas and Beverly (Tollefsrud) Lucas. He was a truck driver for many years and then went to work for TDCJ in Colorado City, Texas.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Lucas of Plentywood, Montana; daughter, Trindee Lucas and her mother, Amy Springfield; step-daughters, Alexis Sellers and Daysha Wright; granddaughter, Aniyah Wright; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Delano Lucas, Sr., and brothers, Delano Lucas, Jr. and Jeffrey Lucas.
