Donald Richard De Vore, age 75, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at his residence.
His body was cremated. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Donald was born on February 5, 1939 in Midland, Texas to Thomas Asbury and Martha Alva (Ware) De Vore. He was a Baptist. He worked at Edwards Air Force Base as a computer technician before retiring.
He is survived by one brother, Vernon H. De Vore of Lillian, Texas, Numerous nieces and nephews and cousins, including Roland Graham and Patsy Long, both of Sweetwater, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Martha De Vore, brother, Thomas A. De Vore, and sister, Daphne De Vore Thomas.
