Edith (Richards) Beall

Edith Richards Beall, 95, of Ruidoso, NM passed away Monday, May 25, 2015 in Ruidoso, NM. She was born on January 26, 1920 at Loraine, TX to Herman V. Richards and James Lillian Allen.
She worked for many years alongside her husband Dr. James A. Beall, who precedes her in death. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church & a lifetime Beta Sigma Phi member. Edith loved to travel with her husband and then with her daughters. She never missed a chance to visit a covered bridge. Above all else she loved her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother H.V. Richards. She is survived by her daughters Judy Cranfill and Celia Cranfill; step-son James A. Beall II; sisters Margie Hine and Lillian Satterwhite; 8 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren & 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Sunday May 31, 2015 at 1:30pm at Sweetwater Cemetery in Sweetwater, Texas with Rev. Kary Fry officiating. A memorial service will be held in Ruidoso at the First Presbyterian Church at a later date. Local arrangements under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
