Edward Charles Allison, age 63, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas.
His wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Faith Harvest Church with Pastor Jimmy Bennett officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Edward was born on November 30, 1953 in Mobile, Alabama to Charles Leonard and Mary Audrey (Cash) Allison. He was a member of Faith Harvest Church. He married Jo Ann Blackburn on October 17, 1999 in Sweetwater, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Allison of Sweetwater, Texas, son, Jacob Allison and wife Nicole of San Antonio, Texas, daughter, Kelly Allison Wesch and husband Lance of San Antonio, Texas, step-son, Robert Glass of San Angelo, Texas, step-daughter, Shirley Glass of Sweetwater, Texas, four grandchildren, Matthew Muckleroy, Chris Wesch, Michael Harris and Brandon Harris, five sisters, Brenda Bailey, Carol Hardin, Debbie Lee, Dottie Jones and Charlene Scott, all of Sweetwater, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
