Gracy Celestina Sosa

Gracy Celestina Sosa, age 4l, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at her residence.

Per her wishes, her body was cremated.  A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Emmanuel Fellowship Church with Pastor Loran Rule officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Gracy was born on July 4, 1982 to Rosalinda (Torres) and Carlos Ricardo Sosa.  She was a 2001 graduate of Sweetwater High School.  She was a huge Dallas Mavericks fan.  She was a member of Emmanuel Fellowship Church.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Rosalinda Rogers and husband Alvin of Sweetwater, Texas, father, Carlos Ricardo Sosa of Austin, Texas, two brothers, Andrew Rogers and wife Monica of Sweetwater, Texas, and Jason Rogers and wife Jacquin of Lake Jackson, Texas, nieces and nephews, Addisyn Rogers, Elianah Rogers, Raelyn Rogers, Weston Rogers, Michael Rogers, Madden Rogers and Matthew Rogers, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Aurora & Gilbert Torres, Maria Mary Gomez, and Grace Sosa,  and her niece, Hadley Rogers.
