Jewel F. (Stone) Campbell

Jewel F. Campbell, age 90, of Sweetwater, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Nolan Nursing and Rehab.
Graveside services will be held 10:30 A.M., Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Sweetwater Cemetery with Robert Squires officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Jewel was born February 14, 1921 in Bartlett, Texas to John and Hulda (Hightower) Stone. She married C.H. Campbell on August 26, 1939 in Roby, Texas. She was a Baptist. She worked as a waitress for many restaurants including Waffle Shop, and Jordan's.
She is survived by her son, Clovis Campbell and wife Carolyn of Sweetwater, Texas; six grandchildren, Matt Campbell, Melissa Campbell, Craig Campbell, Lisa Squires, Leanne Hubert and Lori Cook; ten great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hulda Stone, her husband, C.H. Campbell; daughter, Sharon Hart; five sisters and two brothers.
