A Rosary will be held 7:00 P.M., Friday, October 24, 2014 at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel recited by Juanita Luera.
Holy Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Holy Spirit Parish (Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church) with Rev. Charles Okonkwo officiating. Burial will follow at Blackwell Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
He was born on April 15, 1932 in Brownsville, Texas to Juan and Maria (Davila) Regino. He married Maria Arneas on April 14, 1962 in Loraine, Texas. He was a member of Holy Spirit Parish (Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church). He worked as a ranch foreman for many years before retiring.
He is survived by his wife, Maria A. Regino of Sweetwater, Texas, son, Javier Regino and wife Donna, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, two daughters, Norma R. Ornelas and husband Joe of San Angelo, TX, and Maribel A. Regino of Sweetwater, Texas & her fiance Raul Arellano of Robert Lee , Texas, three grandchildren, Allison Regino of Windfield, Texas, Benjamin John Martinez and wife Crystal of Sweetwater, Texas and Lynn Marie Jones of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and two great grandchildren, Matthew (Mattie) Jones, and Jett Hanson, two brothers, Alberto Regino and wife Tommie of San Angelo, Texas, and Anacio Regino and Yolanda of San Angelo, Texas, and two sisters, Connie Lopez and husband Juan of San Angelo, Texas and Martha Moncada of Sweetwater, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Maria Regino and one brother, Jesse Regino.
Pallbearers will be Blueford Holland, Brad Holland, Joe Ornelas, Jaime Regino, Efran Martinez and Andrew Davis. .
Honorary Pallbearer will be Benjamin John Martinez.
