Lucinda L. (Cindy) Wiltse, age 58, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2011 at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 11, 2011 at Lamar Street Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Payne officiating. Burial will follow at Sweetwater Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Cindy was born May 14, 1953 in Albia, Iowa to John Irwin (Jack) and Georgeann Waller Lathen. She married Philip Dean Wiltse on November 3, 1973 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Andrea Marie Cook Navarrette and husband Angel of Leander, Texas; two sons, Brian Philip Wiltse and wife Amy; and Nathaniel Dean Wiltse and wife Mikya, all of Sweetwater, Texas; ten grandchildren, Alec, Aidan, Shaina, Kialyn, Kamryn, Sarah, Jennifer, Kacie, Gary, and Rebecca; and two brothers, Ben Lathen of Abilene, Texas; and Sam Lathen of Fort Worth, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Georgeann Lathen and her husband, Philip Dean Wiltse.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
