Mary Lou (Boyett) Baucom, age 88, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, July 14,2013 at Garden of Memories with Pastor Juanelle Jordan offficiating. Burial will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 13, 2013 from 6:00-7:00 P.M. .
Mary Lou was born on July 27, 1924 in Sweetwater, Texas to Ira H. and Ida L. (Barry) Boyett. She worked for Ludlum's for many years before retiring.
She is survived by three sons, Stephen Baucom and wife Penny of Nolan, Texas, Forrest Baucom of Sweetwater, Texas, and Phillip Baucom of Rainier, Oregon, grandchildren, Heather Sanderson and husband James of Blackwell, Texas, Stepheny Hardy and husband Shawn of Blackwell, Texas, and Jori Trench and husband Floyd of Mertzon, Texas, great grandchildren, Douglas Hardy, Drew Hardy, Halee Sanderson, Emilee Sanderson, Lilee Sanderson, and Shaylyn Trench.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira H. and Ida L. Boyett, husband, Thomas Baucom, daughter, Andrea Baucom, and grandson, Thomas Baucom.
