Nettie Annlee Tollison, age 93, of Lafayette, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Lafayette Medical Center.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Roscoe Cemetery with Rev. James Baker officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Nettie was born December 15, 1918 in Arlington, Texas, to James Jefferson and Lura Buffie (Jackson) Tollison. She worked in the health care industry for over 40 years.
She is survived by four children, Betty Joyce Ellison and husband Welton of Sweetwater, Texas; Patsy Yvonne Ribble and husband Kennith of Irving, Texas; Dennis Sherman Colwell and wife Ida Nell of Sherwood, Arkansas; and Dianne Guidry of Lafayette, Louisiana; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Jefferson and Lura Buffie Tollison; brothers and sisters; son, Bobby Joe Colwell; daughter, Glenda Ruth Davis; and granddaughter, Betsy Ribble
