Obdulia (Heredia) Lopez

Obdulia Heredia Lopez, age 82, of Sweetwater, Texas, went unto her Savior's arms at sunset on September 21, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 23, 2013 at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Lionzo Soria officiating and assisted by Al Williams. Burial will follow at Sweetwater Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Obdulia was born on January 19, 1931 in Inchamacuaro, Guanajuato, Mexico to Porfirio and Isabel Heredia. She had been a resident of Sweetwater since 1971. She was a homemaker who dedicated her life to God, her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was a member of the Lamar Street Church of Christ.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 55 years, Enrique H. Lopez of Sweetwater, Texas; three daughters, Alba L. Brown and husband Peter of Abilene, Texas, Tina L. Angelo of Rockwall, Texas, Ruth L. Butkovich and husband Jeff of Lewisville, Texas and son, Rick Lopez and wife Jennifer of Katy, Texas; six grandsons, Joshua Brown and wife Becca, Jake Brown, Rory Butkovich, Stefan Butkovich, Lucas Angelo, and Zachery Lopez; three granddaughters, Ashton Brown, Sasha Butkovich and Sofia Angelo; great granddaughter , Zoe Brown; three sisters, Maria Soledad Heredia, Laurentina Heredia Trujillo and Maria Pilar Heredia, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isabel & Porfirio Heredia , four brothers, Rogelio Heredia, Israel Heredia, Abel Heredia, and Armando Heredia, and her son -in-law, Art Angelo, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Brown, Jake Brown, Rory Butkovich, Stefan Butkovich, Jeff Butkovich and Peter Brown.
Mother, may you rest in peace until we are all together again. Mama, en paz descanses hasta que estemos todos juntos otra vez.
