Ollie Maud (Clark) Woolf

Ollie Maud Woolf, age 99, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 6:00 - 7:30 P.M..

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Calvary Baptist Church in Rotan, Texas with Pastor Ryan Holmes officiating.   Burial will follow at Belvieu Cemetery in Rotan, Texas.  Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Maud was born on October 13, 1924 in Royston, Texas to Baxter and Dena Adline (Stearns) Clark.  She married Preston W. Woolf on Feb. 12, 1966.  She worked as an assistant dietician at Fisher County Hospital for many years  before retiring.  She was a former member of Calvary Baptist Church in Rotan, and when she moved to Sweetwater,  she became a member of Avondale Baptist Church.  She was very active in SNAP.

She is survived by her son-in-law, John Campbell, Jr. of Sweetwater, Texas, two grandsons, Casey Campbell of Sweetwater, Texas and Jason Campbell of San Angelo, Texas, niece, Lucy Starnes of Rotan, Texas, and four great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Baxter and Deana Clark, her husband, Preston W. Woolf, daughter, Peggy Campbell, two sisters, Rose Clark and Opal Burch, brother, Buck Clark, and nephew, Lonnie Starnes.
