Pedro Aguilar Figueroa, age 84, of Sweetwater, Texas, (Former resident of Robles, Durango, Mexico) passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at his son's residence.
Funeral services will be held in Robles, Durango, Mexico. Burial will be at Jose Isabel Cemetery in Robles, Durango, Mexico. The family had visitation at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home on Monday, April 13, 2015. Local arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Pedro was born on July 26, 1930 in Robles, Durango, Mexico to Ruperto and Josefa (Aguilar) Figueroa. He married Emma Avalos in Robles, Durango, Mexico. He was a Catholic.
He is survived by four sons, Enrique Figueroa and Angel Figueroa, both of Sweetwater, Texas; Jose Figueroa of Guymon, Oklahoma; and Hilario Figueroa of Odessa, Texas; and five daughters, Rosa Figueroa and Maria Esquivel, both of Odessa, Texas, Gregoria Figueroa of Fort Worth, Texas, Tomasa Figueroa of Juarez, Mexico, and Sofia Figueroa of Robles, Durango, Mexico, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; one brother, Esteban Figueroa of San Antonio, Texas, and one sister, Gregoria Figueroa of Juarez, Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Emma.
