Richard Ryal Fergeson

Richard Ryal Fergeson, age 66. of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Hendrick Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Sweetwater Cemetery with Tique Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Richard was born on July 12, 1951 in San Angelo, Texas to John Hilliard and Juanita Victoria (Holbert) Fergeson. He married Vicki Boles on May 20, 1983 in Sweetwater, Texas. He was a Baptist. He worked for Buzzi Unicem for many years before retiring.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki Fergeson of Sweetwater, Texas, two daughters, Michelle Mirike and husband Adam of San Angelo, Texas and Cherri Palma of Sweetwater, Texas, son, Richard Fergeson and wife Kaitlin of Sweetwater, Texas, seven grandchildren, Gabrielle Rendon, Matthew Mirike, Kayleigh Barangan, Emily Mirike, Macy, Meredith and Mac Fergeson, one great grandchild, Roman Rendon, two brothers, Tommy Fergeson and wife Betty, and Johnny Fergeson and wife Kristi, and sister, Sue Fergeson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and nephew, Joshua Fergeson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
