Rosie Ella Tilley Boiles, age 70, of Sweetwater, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015 in Abilene, Texas.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Sweetwater Cemetery with Rev. Chris Stephens officiating. Burial will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Rosie was born on April 12, 1945 in Sweetwater, Texas to J.W. and Florence (Nugent) Tilley. She was a longtime resident of Sweetwater, Texas. She was a Baptist. She worked for the Santa Fe Railroad for many years before retiring.
She is survived by her sister, Freda King and husband Louis of Denton, Texas, two brothers, J.M. Tilley and wife Esther of Abilene, Texas and Doyle Tilley and wife Ruth of Garland, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews, Including Connie Adkins and husband Don of Sweetwater, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.W. and Florence Tilley, and two brothers, Gene Tilley and Clarence Tilley.
